Dan Dailey is considered one of America's most accomplished glassmasters. He has taught, given lectures and conducted workshops throughout Europe, Japan and the United States. He has designed special pieces for Steuben, Waterford, Cristallerie Daum, and others. Dailey has received many special awards.

He has had numerous one man shows. He also has completed more then 22 architectural commissions for corporations, municipalities and private residencies.

Dan Dailey's work is represented in over 42 museums in the USA, Europe, Australia, and Japan including the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, The National Museum of Modern Art, Kyoto, Japan, The American Craft Museum, New York and The Renwick Gallery, Smihsonian Institution, Washington,DC.
